The Gutsy Mama Project
The Gutsy Mama Project is my own personal passion project. I created it when I was a new mother forced to make the difficult decision to either stop working or be racked with Mommy-guilt. I discovered that building Squarespace websites was the perfect way for me to earn a great living while taking care of a baby.
I then realized that other moms wanted to live a mommy-guilt free life too, so I created the Gutsy Mama Project, a Squarespace Design Course and Coaching program just for moms.

DIRECTION
The brief for this site was unique. They asked for a site that felt 90s and was Avenue Beat meets The Burn Book from Mean Girls. They wanted a site that showcased Remy’s young, fun, and carefree style.
Function
From a design standpoint, I wanted to create a site that was cohesive with my other online marketing efforts. I created a design that was clean, but hopefully didn’t look like all of the other sites out there.
